The architecturally dynamic and unique luxurious Ahuriri Valley Lodge hotel, also called The Lindis Lodge, is located near the Ahuriri River, in an unspoiled Ahuriri Valley, on the New Zealand island. It is built on its own property with a size of more than 6,000 hectares. It is surrounded by protected parks from three sides. It offers an amazing opportunity to enjoy the untouched beauty of the Ahuriri Valley, North Otago.

Winner of the 2019 Southern Architecture Award competition in New Zealand
This luxurious project in New Zealand was implemented in 2017 in cooperation with our supplier in New Zealand, Central Heating New Zealand, with which we have been cooperating for many years.
For this project, MINIB supplied 16 KT1 floor convectors, which were only 164 mm wide and 125 mm high.
The convectors were mainly installed in the common areas along the all-glass wall. One of the most important convector characteristics was thus utilized here. It is the fact that they can be installed even in spatially restricted interior parts where, for example, radiators and other heating units cannot be installed.
Convectors were supplied with wooden lattices, thus making sure they fit the hotel interior as much as possibly, becoming an aesthetic part of the created luxurious design.
The architecturally dynamic hotel offers 5 modern, sophisticated, luxurious apartments.
