A large neglected area in Prague in Smíchov is starting to turn into a new part of the metropolis. A completely new neighborhood is growing on the site of the former freight station on an area of almost 20 hectares.

In total, almost 400,000 m2 of residential, administrative, commercial or public areas will be created here, including a kilometer-long pedestrian boulevard, which will be the focus of the entire project. There will be a school or large areas of green. It is assumed that after the completion of the project, 12,000 people will live or work here.
The first apartments from Sekyra Group, a.s. have been approved and handed over to new owners. And we are glad that you can find our convectors in them. Both trench heaters and free-standing convectors in elegant black color.
In total, we supplied 510 convectors - SPB and PMW - to the first phase of the Smíchov City project.
We are pleased that we can be part of the Smíchov City project, which is a symbol of the transformation of Prague in the 21st century.
