This 31-story tower is part of a larger complex that features Class A office spaces, luxurious retail outlets, a spa, indoor and outdoor pools, and a fitness center. With its prime location overlooking the Caspian Sea and close to the Baku Formula 1 circuit, the building offers both luxury and functionality.

MINIB has supplied hundreds of our PB convectors for the North Tower. As shown in the photos, these floor convectors integrate smoothly into various interiors, providing efficient heating without obstructing the stunning views.
